Warning About Refunds!

There is a rise in the number of customers who think it’s a better idea to call their credit card company to cancel orders instead of calling the business directly to handle it. This causes chargebacks on a purchase, which immediately triggers a payment delay that is now out of our control – this can last for months – don’t do this to your money!

HERE’S THE PROBLEM:
When you do this, your money instantly gets put on lock-down immediately by the card companies and banks. This lasts for 90 days or longer before you can access the money again. They don’t tell you this part in advance. This also freezes our money and places your order in “Dispute” mode; because we have to investigate all chargeback notices and this can cause delays for months.  You’re out this money and still being charged interest!

Why does this take so long? Because we will dispute every case that related to a refund. It makes more sense to allow our accounting department to handle your refunds, payments & cancellations from Mon-Fri 10am t0 6pm.

 

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
  • you receive the wrong item
  • you do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

Order cancellations

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
