1.How can the M210 robot vacuum connect to WiFi?
By using the Lefant/ smart things app. The instruction manual clearly outlines the steps so takes the guess work out.Point to note – Smart devices typically work on the non 5Ghz spectrum, so ensure you are connected to the non 5Ghz network to be able to add the device to the Lefant/ smart things app

2.Is this robot vacuum cleaner only compatible with google assistant or Alexa?
Both are compatible, and there is also Lefant App that can remotely control the robot.

3.Does this Lefant M210 robot vacuum have a mopping function?
Yes, but you need to buy 210 mop holder accessories together.

4.How to use mapping?
You only need to wet the rag and wring it dry, then install the rag on the mop accessories, and then install the mop accessories on the vacuum to mop the floor.

5.Will this vacuum cleaner get stuck in furniture?
Havent seen that happen at all. Its smart enough to get out of tricky spots. The only item it might get stuck on just like any robot vacuum out there is cords/ wires etc.

6.Can it be operated without a smartphone? my elderly parents would love this if so.
Once you set it up, it's easy and I think elderly parents could use it.

7.How well does it go over different surfaces like hardwood floors to area rugs?
The machine can run well. It can work normally on hardwoods, carpets and tiles.

8.How long can the vacuum cleaner last?
Mine easily vacuumed the house on high setting for 77mins with a battery juice of around 55%. That still leaves you with another 35% before the vacuum decides to go head back to the docking station to recharge itself.So id say a total runtime of about 2hours on a single charge on high setting(not always required)

9.Is the filter washable and reusable?
Reusable but can’t use water to clean.

10.What difference between M201 and M210?
The M210 vacuum robot is a double-sided brush and is also equipped with a remote control. At the same time, you only need to purchase an additional mop holder accessory to have the floor mopping function, which is extremely cost-effective.
